I’m currently teaching one-to-one and offering cover for hatha yoga teachers in the South Manchester area.
My teaching style is grounded in Iyengar, a traditional yoga style which gives great emphasis to correct body alignment and using props to help students experience the maximum benefits of a yoga asana from their first class. However, my influences are wider and I am particularly interested in the meditative qualities of yin yoga.

Every Tuesday during term time. Starts at 12.30pm.

Yoga in 30 is all about getting away from your desk, and making time to stretch your mind and body back into shape. The class is designed to help you emerge refreshed and ready for the rest of your day. During this thirty-minute oasis class you will:
- take part in a gentle, stretching yoga postures designed to target tension trouble-spots
- practice yoga breathing techniques that calm and re-energise
- enjoy a mini guided relaxation
- take away ideas for using yoga at home.
This course is for University of Bolton staff only and beginners are very welcome. Wear lose, comfortable clothing. Mats provided.
